Reltio Architect
Own the architecture of enterprise Reltio programs, from the data model and match strategy to integration, security, and scale.
About the role
You will set the technical direction for Reltio programs at our clients. You design the target data model and match strategy, decide how Reltio fits with the rest of the data platform and operational systems, and make sure the solution meets security, performance, and governance requirements. You guide consultants and client engineers, review their work, and stay close enough to the build to make the hard calls yourself.
What you will do
- Design enterprise Reltio solutions: multi-domain data models, tenant strategy, and environment promotion
- Define match, merge, and survivorship strategy across domains and sources, and how it will be tested and measured
- Architect integrations between Reltio and CRM, ERP, and cloud data platforms using APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and event streaming
- Set standards for security, access control, data privacy, and auditability in the MDM solution
- Lead architecture reviews and design workshops with client architects, data owners, and executives
- Mentor consultants and shape our MDM accelerators and delivery method
What we look for
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise MDM programs, including architect-level ownership of Reltio implementations
- Expert knowledge of Reltio data modeling, match and merge, survivorship, APIs, and platform limits
- Strong integration background: REST APIs, event streaming, and batch pipelines to cloud data platforms
- Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, and privacy requirements in regulated industries
- Ability to explain architecture trade-offs clearly to both engineers and executives
Nice to have
- Reltio certification
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, financial services, or retail
- Cloud architecture experience on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Experience with a second MDM platform such as Informatica MDM or Stibo
- Pre-sales or solution-shaping experience
