Discovery, design, build, deployment, and handover. You see the whole engagement, and the decisions along the way are yours to make and defend.

AI agents work alongside you
We run every project on GIST, our delivery method, with AI agents drafting code, tests, and documentation. You direct the work, review what the agents produce, and decide what ships.

Security and governance are part of the job
Access controls, audit trails, and model risk are part of the work from the first week. You learn to build systems that pass a security review, not just a demo.
