AI/ML Engineer
Take machine learning and generative AI use cases from prototype to a system people rely on.
About the role
You will build models, retrieval pipelines, and agents that solve a specific business problem, then put them into production with evaluation, monitoring, and the controls our clients need. You care as much about how a model is tested and governed as how well it scores.
What you will do
- Build and evaluate ML models and LLM-based applications, including retrieval-augmented generation and agents
- Package models for deployment and set up MLOps: versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining
- Design evaluation sets and guardrails, and document how each system should and should not be used
- Work with data engineers on the features and data the models depend on
- Present results and risks to client teams
What we look for
- Experience shipping ML or LLM applications to production
- Strong Python and familiarity with common ML and LLM frameworks
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud ML platform (Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks)
- Understanding of evaluation, drift, and responsible AI practices
- Clear written and spoken communication
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, life sciences, or the public sector
- Familiarity with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework or ISO/IEC 42001
- Containerization and Kubernetes
